Gorgeous 1940's inspired vintage dress, with buttons to the elastic waist and pleated skirt that is lined. Beautiful flowy summer fabric that can be dressed up with heels and 40s hair style or a smart dress for a casual summer lunch. Very good condition. There isn't a size on it so go by my measurements. Maybe a 12.
